3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We work with professional fulfillment partners to ensure timely shipping.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard Transit Time:

    • US: 7–15 business days

    • Other countries: 10–20 business days (may vary slightly by region)

Note: During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended due to courier delays.

 

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors.
  • Address changes requested after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment center. If you need to cancel or change your order:

  • Please email us at info@glonest.shop within 12 hours of purchase.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 days of ordering, feel free to contact us.

 

7. Customs & Import Duties

Most of our shipments are delivered without additional charges. However:

  • For certain countries, import taxes or customs duties may apply, depending on your local laws.

  • Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
