Return & Refund Policy

 

At Glonest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and hassle-free return and refund process, based on the guidelines below..

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all original tags and accessories.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a description of the issue and supporting photos to ensure timely resolution. Then, depending on the assessment, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

2. Change of Mind Policy

We understand that preferences can change. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel before dispatch.

Due to the nature of international fulfillment, we do not support no-reason free returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or incorrect addresses once your order has been shipped. If you still wish to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., no longer want the item/size is incorrect..), we only support return for refund under these conditions:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • All return shipping and related costs are the customer’s responsibility

3. Exchanges 

Due to our international fulfillment process, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a replacement, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

 

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return process, email us at info@glonest.shop with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return, along with supporting photos or videos

Please do not send back any item without receiving prior authorization, as it may not be accepted.

 

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Glonest is not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
