Yes, all our products are selected from trusted suppliers and undergo quality checks before listing. We focus on practical and durable storage solutions that are safe for everyday home use.

Yes. Most of our wall-mounted products include adhesive or mounting accessories and come with installation instructions. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us at info@glonest.shop.

Some items may be restocked based on supplier availability and customer demand. If you’re interested in a sold-out product, please reach out—we’d be happy to notify you when it’s back.

Orders & Shipping

We work with global fulfillment partners. Most orders ship from our warehouses in China. Estimated delivery times range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime under “My Account” on our website.

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong. More countries will be added soon—stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To ensure a timely resolution, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a description of the issue and supporting photos.

Due to international shipping limitations, we currently do not support no-reason free returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or incorrect addresses.

We only support return for refund within 30 days of delivery, and you need to bear shipping and other related costs.

 

Email us at info@glonest.shop with your order number and the issue. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.

Sales Tax

No, our product prices do not include sales tax. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and added during the checkout process based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.

We are required to collect sales tax in certain regions based on local tax laws. If your shipping address is in a location where sales tax is applicable, it will be automatically calculated and included at checkout.

For international orders, sales tax is generally not charged at checkout. However, you may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not collected by us and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.
